Gennady Yumshtyk is the founder, President and CEO of PST. He has authored numerous patents in the field of coatings and engineering. Gennady holds a Masters degree as well as a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. He has been developing and implementing coating technologies and specialized equipment for over 25 years.	Petr Belomestnov is a Lead Senior Engineer at PST. He has over 45 years of the hands-on experience in laser physics, mechanics, and gas thermodynamics. Peter is a Professional Engineer and holds a number of patents in physics and engineering.	Dmitri Ivanov is a Senior Process Engineer at PST. He has over 35 years of experience in coatings processing and holds a Ph.D. in Physics. Dmitry is highly-skilled specialist in coatings processing and the physics of plasma.
Alex Yumshtyk is a Design Engineer at PST. Alex holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. With his fresh perspective and out of the box problem solving skills Alex has become a valuable member of the PST engineering team.
